never interrupt someone who is having a hard time explaining because that's their thinking process

If someone is trying to make sense of something in front of you, let them and don’t interrupt.

Don’t try to “what you’re trying to say is…”

Instead, let them think. It is the best gift you could give them.

This is a good coaching skill.

It also is why we need less advice and more curiosity.
