to really serve a client, you must drop your training and see them as a human

We are trained on case studies, problems, reports, and other such things that get us to see our problems as concepts.

But if you’re a person serving a person, it’s important to remember their entire humanity.

That requires dropping a bit of your adherance to your training.

Maybe it’s a bit like to see something like an artist would, deconstruct the concept in your mind.

Except instead of deconstructing it, you’re sort of playing the non-attachment game.
