You probably won't find your system in a preconfigured template

All of the packages, such as GTD, PARA, Zettelkasten, etc. are pre-configured templates that worked for just one person.

And possibly others - such as sonke ahrens who wrote an entire book on Zettelkasten called How to Take Smart Notes.

But ultimately, if one of these templates work for you, it’s a coincidence. You need to focus on building your own system, one that serves your particular function at the particular age/stage you are in.

No way around it.
